Everyone is part of a system, think of your family consisting of a father and mother, grandmother and grandfather, perhaps brothers or sisters. But also your organization, the city where you live, the school of the children or the association is a system. Whatever your connection with them, you are part of it.

Together you are stronger. The saying is not just: alone you go fast, together you get further. Systems are important for your survival. In horses these are called herds.

When you look at a system, it is bigger than yourself. Your role within it is to stay within your own boundaries, receive what you need, and give what you have in abundance.
