TEAM COACHING WITH THE WISDOM OF THE FLOCK
A team is also more than just individuals working together. At Field horse coaching you can take the step as a team from "I in the we" to "we" and experience what that means for your team.
In team coaching with the Wisdom and Vitality of the herd we look and act
system-oriented and we start from the results that you want to achieve as a team. We
working with the information that the horses provide about the survival of the herd with
relation to the team.
Our starting point here is that horses, in contact with a team, connect with the core
of the team and that they perceive and respond in a circular manner.
• Connecting from the core of the team means that horses are instinctive and active
from their herd consciousness try to bring a team into contact with the
principles of the herd that are necessary for its flourishing and survival.
• Circular response means that the behavior of each team member (herd member) provides information
about the team as a whole. From the need to survive in the herd, horses look
always to the contribution that herd members have for the whole. This leads to behavior
that we label people as individuals in a completely different light.
How we work:
- We have an extensive intake in which we make an inventory of the dual themes that play a role in the team and in the organization.
- Based on this we create a suitable program, in which you can work with and without horses.
- A team session at our location takes approximately two and a half hours.
- We look at the entire system and do not focus on the individual level
- We follow the horses in what they show
- We invite the team to also respond circularly to what the horses show. Each team member is connected to the whole and therefore has information about the whole.
Our home base is in Wenum Wiesel (near Apeldoorn) where we have our own herd of horses. On request we can also coach in other places in the country.
